Language level
The learner has comprehensive knowledge of French. The learner is able to understand complicated authentic texts and can express himself on complex topics, orally as well as in writing.

Usefulness: The DALF consists of the unités B1-B4. Every unit forms an exam block and can be taken separately. All 4 exams have to be taken in order to receive the diploma. The DALF diploma is recognised worldwide. DALF is recognised by French universities as fulfilling the French language entrance requirements.

Examiner: The Ministère Français de l’Éducation Nationale introduced the modular diplomas recogniced by the French government in 1985. DELF (Diplome d’Études de Lange Française) Niveau 1 and 2 and DALF (Dipome Approfondi de Langue Française).
